NTPC is looking for experienced professionals as Deputy Managers in the area of Project Erection/Construction at E4 level. The qualifying requirements are as under:

Name of Post & Qualification:
- Deputy Manager (Electrical Erection)-45 Posts
Qualification: B.E/B. Tech Degree in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution.
Experience Profile: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification executive experience (Including training/trainee period, if any) in Power/Steel/Refinery/ Fertilizer/Oil & Gas/ Cement sector out of which a minimum of 3 Years site experience in Erection/Maintenance/Commissioning in Electrical area.
- Deputy Manager (Mechanical Erection)-95 Posts
Qualification: B.E/B. Tech Degree in Mechanical/Production with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution.
Experience Profile: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification executive experience (Including training/trainee period, if any) in Power/Steel/Refinery/ Fertilizer/Oil & Gas/ Cement out of which a minimum of 3 Years site experience in Erection/Maintenance / Commissioning in Mechanical area.
- Deputy Manager (C&I Erection) -35 Posts
Qualification: B.E/B. Tech Degree in Electronics/Control & Instrumentation/ Instrumentation with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution.
Experience Profile: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification executive experience (Including training/trainee period, if any) in the Power/Steel/Refinery/ Fertilizer/Oil & Gas/ Cement sector out of which a minimum of 3 Years site experience in Erection/Maintenance/Commissioning in C&l area.
- Deputy Manager (Civil Construction)- 75 Posts
Qualification: B.E/B. Tech Degree in Civil/Construction with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution. Experience Profile: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification executive experience (Including training/trainee period, if any) in Power/Steel/Refinery/ Fertilizer/Oil & Gas/
Cement sector out of which a minimum of 3 Years site experience in Civil Construction
Note: (Common for all)
For Govt/Public Sector Undertaking Candidates:
i) For candidates from Govt/Public Sector undertaking, they should have a minimum
02 years of experience in the scale of Rs 60000-180000 or above (IDA pay scale of
E3 grade or above of NTPC effective from 01.01.2017) or equivalent scale out of the above-mentioned 10 years of post-qualification executive experience (Including training/trainee period, if any)
ii) Further, candidates have to provide an NOC (No Objection Certificate) from their employer while applying for the post
For Private Sector:
iii) For the Private Sector, the candidate should submit Form 16 related to Income Tax Return for last 03 financial years

Age Criteria:
The upper age limit for all the posts is 40 years. Age relaxation will be provided as per government guidelines:
SC/ST: 5 years
OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
P w B D: 10 years
Application Fees:
Candidate belonging to General/EWS/OBC category is required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 300/- . The SC/ST/P w B D /XSM category & female candidates need not pay the application fee.
Pay Scale :
The selected candidates will be appointed in the E4 Grade, with a pay scale of INR 70,000 – 2,00,000 (IDA). Additional allowances, benefits, and perks will be provided as per NTPC’s policy.
