Age Criteria   :

Minimum Age :    18 years

Maximum Age :   56 years

Reservations for SC, ST, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), EWS, P w B D, Ex SM and Relaxations in age for various eligible categories will be applicable as per govt Rules.

Education Qualification   :

  • Current Position: Candidates must be holding the post of Stenographer under the Central Government.​

  • Experience:

    • Holding an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department, or​

    • With ten years of regular service in Pay Level-4 in the pay matrix (₹25,500-81,100) or equivalent

    Selection Procedure   :

    • Candidates will be selected based on their experience, qualifications, and performance in the Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs)/Annual Performance Assessment Reports (APARs) over the last five years. It's essential that no vigilance or disciplinary proceedings are pending against the applicants.​
